CAPACITY BUILDING WORKSHOP: EMPOWERING EDUCATION STAKEHOLDERS IN KATSINA STATE

The AGILE Project, in collaboration with the Katsina State Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education, is hosting a 3-day Capacity Building Workshop on Facilitation Skills and Project Management at Tahir Guest Palace, Kano.

This workshop brings together key stakeholders, including Assistant Directors from MBSE, SUBEB, the Science and Technical Education Board, Teachers Service Board and the Development Management Board. With support from the AGILE Project, the training aims to enhance participants’ skills and foster sustainable development practices within the education sector.
Key Focus Areas
Facilitation and Co-Facilitation Skills: Building capacity for effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
Project Management: Equipping participants with tools for efficient project planning, implementation, and monitoring.
Sustainability Plans: Developing frameworks to ensure long-term impact and inclusivity of education initiatives.
Building a Sustainable System
The participants are uniquely positioned to drive transformation. This workshop ensures they are prepared to:
